| What about payments and deposits? | | Some builders insist on payments up front and there is nothing one can do about that if that is the property you want. However, simple procedures and tactics can prevent you loosing any payments made in this way. All other purchases will benefit from our unique Deposit Security. No more loosing your 10% or whatever you are conned in leaving for a security deposit. Any monies placed as a deposit go into a holding bank and NOT touched by anyone until the sale goes ahead. If something does not work out right then your money is refunded in full. No quibbles! |
